Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at 11 Residential. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Supervise Maintenance Activities: Oversee the daily schedule of maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance Budgeting: Work closely with the Property Manager to develop and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring we stay within allocated funds.
  • Team Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to maintenance team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently.
  • Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to address any unexpected issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in multifamily property maintenance or a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: EPA Type II or Universal license preferred, as well as a valid driver's license.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk 10 miles per day, and perform other physical demands outlined in the job description.
