Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Eagles Landing Dental Care. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and service to our patients while enjoying a supportive work environment that prioritizes both your clinical skills and work-life balance.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $7500 Sign-On Bonus per year, plus benefits and a strong commitment to community involvement and patient advocacy. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and meet the needs of our patients
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in dental hygiene
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in MO and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • Experienced Hygienists and New Graduates
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
