Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble aircraft structural details and subassemblies from drawings, specifications, and charts.
  • Use hand power tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate and high-quality work.
  • Maintain familiarity with company/customer blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
  • Detect and report any unusual circumstances or defective material/tooling.
  • Make recommendations for improvements in quality and process.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and write English fluently.
  • Ability to use hand/power tools, hand squeeze, pneumatic drills, rivet guns, and floor squeeze.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, charts, and tables.
  • Experience working with fasteners, riveting, and counter sinking preferred.
