Overview

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, and ensure visitors sign guest sheets.
  • Sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail.
  • Perform basic office and clerical functions, including maintaining visitor logs.
  • Respond to resident emergencies by calling internal and external parties as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Receptionist at Brookdale, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
