About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in our Intermediate Care unit.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Assess and document patient condition, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement discharge plans to ensure smooth transitions for patients
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent required
