Job Title: Front Office Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide product and service information to customers, resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage incoming calls and handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
