Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ILS Specialist to join our team at General Dynamics Mission Systems. As an ILS Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for the development and implementation of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ILS elements, including Product Support Management, Sustaining Engineering, Supply Support, Maintenance Planning, and PHS&T.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ILS elements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance required at time of hire, with ability to obtain SCI within a reasonable amount of time.
