Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing new-patient evaluations/exams
  • Determining diagnoses and evaluating physical activity limitations
  • Creating personalized treatment plans with set goals and completion dates
  • Providing education on techniques for continued care

In this role, you will work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment and be self-motivated with a willingness to learn. You must also be able to carry out and progress skilled treatment plans in an outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Accredited PT program graduate
  • Up-to-date state PT license
  • Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
  • Ability to work independently and motivate others
