Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at P.F. Chang's. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Operate industrial dishwashers to ensure all equipment and utensils are sanitized and ready for use.
- Wash, dry, and put away dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning equipment and utensils.
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed, including basic prep work.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Ability to learn and follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
