As a Sales Support Associate, you will be a brand ambassador responsible for creating an emotional connection between our customers and the brand. You will consistently exceed expectations, provide exceptional service, and display passion for our brand. You will be part of a team focused on delivering top-line sales results, and you will be versatile and able to adjust at any time based on business need.


Responsibilities

  • Execute replenishment based on sell-through and available backstock, ensuring sales floor inventory levels and size availability align with brand standards.
  • Support the store team as a runner for backstock, fitting room, and cashwrap.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to execute replenishment and pulls efficiently.
  • Commit to efficiency by executing processing, replenishment, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards, achieving or exceeding the brand's UPH processing standards.
  • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.
  • Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
  • Celebrate and embrace individuality, inclusion, and partnership, building relationships and seeking out feedback for continuous self-development.
  • Embrace innovation, change, and company initiatives, working collaboratively to accomplish brand goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • A high school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
  • A flexible schedule is required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are required.
  • The ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds, is required.
