Accounting Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at East Dallas Volkswagen. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a critical role in the financial operations of our dealership, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of our accounting activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including payables, receivables, payroll, and billing
  • Assist the Office Manager and CFO in maintaining the dealership's accounting policies and internal control structure
  • Manage expense structure and vendors to ensure compliance with dealership policies
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and CFO to prepare reports as necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; dealership accounting experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a team environment
  • Ability to be analytical, problem-solve, and multi-task
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
