Nurse Residency Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Residency Program Manager to join our team at Central Health. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and families in our community.
About the RoleThe Nurse Residency Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our nurse residency program. This includes designing and delivering educational programs, coordinating clinical rotations, and evaluating program effectiveness.
This role requires a strong understanding of nursing practice, education, and leadership principles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver educational programs for nurse residents
- Coordinate clinical rotations and placements for nurse residents
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices in patient care
- Provide guidance and support to nurse residents to enhance their learning and professional development
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in nursing education or leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of nursing practice, education, and leadership principles
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
