Warehouse Team Member

Location: Sumner, WA
Duration: 6 months+ (possibility of extension)
Shift: Mon to Fri. 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Pay Range: $20.65/hr
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member - Logistics Specialist to join our team at Integrated Resources.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse environment and be able to work independently as well as part of a team to meet customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders daily to ensure timely delivery and meet customer satisfaction.
- Work in one or more process paths; receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
- Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures and complete documentation requirements for hazardous materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of general warehouse experience.
- Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers).
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Able to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods (involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching required).
