About the Role

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, ensuring the highest level of comfort and dignity for each patient.
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and maintain accurate documentation of care provided in our electronic system.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
  • Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and provide health education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing in the state where you will practice.
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
