About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting large revenue cycle performance improvement projects, including qualitative and quantitative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the team in advising our healthcare clients, particularly in billing and patient financial services
  • Training clients on appropriate accounts receivable and denials management
  • Conducting data analysis to assist the team in analyzing performance trends
  • Providing a best-in-class experience for our clients
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment in discussing and validating client workflows, knowledge transfer sessions, and addressing issues and challenges
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
  • 4 years or more of revenue cycle, operational, consulting, or healthcare performance improvement experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
  • Experience with Patient Accounting Systems such as Epic, Cerner, CPSI, or Meditech
  • Consulting or operational experience in hospital patient financial services departments
