Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide direct patient care and perform assessments to develop effective plans of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders
  • Collaborate with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $40-$43 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
  • CPR Certification is required
Work Environment

This role is based in Moses Lake and requires flexibility to work various shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts. We offer a sign-on bonus of $15,000 and a competitive pay package.
