At Aveanna Healthcare, we're seeking an exceptional Hospice RN Executive Director - Strategic Operations Lead to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Hospice RN Executive Director - Strategic Operations Lead is a vital role that oversees the administrative and leadership functions of our branch. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing Home Health Care Agencies, as well as maintaining compliance with Aveanna's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Ensure the evaluation of each employee annually and establish goals for the upcoming year. Monitor employee progress towards established goals.
- Interview and hire competent staff as needed and approved by supervisor, emphasizing recruiting the best qualified candidates.
- Staff development, including orientation, in-service education, and continuing education.
- Client Relations: Collaborate with the Nursing Director to conduct intake interviews with new client families. Participate in weekly meetings to prepare for patients coming onto services.
- Business Operations: Plan and implement branch growth strategies, thoroughly reviewing financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License and Acceptable MVR
- Valid RN and CPR License in the state of application
- 2-3 Years Hospice Management Experience Preferred
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
