Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our long-term care setting. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your knowledge and skills to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.

You will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit, assuming leadership roles as needed, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of residents
  • Attend to daily operations of the unit, assuming leadership roles as needed
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college) and a license for Practical Nursing. Additionally, you will require knowledge of a specialized field, less than one year of experience, and a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma). AHA BLS CPR Certification is also required.

You will need to demonstrate basic computer skills, proficiency in Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine, as well as Specialty Bed Operation.
