Salary and Benefits:
The Postpartum Manager RN position comes with a competitive salary of up to $113,000 per year + relocation assistance, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and career growth.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee night shift operations in the Postpartum unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient staff management. This role involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, including lactation consultants, to provide a positive patient experience. Additionally, the Manager will play a key role in upholding evidence-based practices and maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
To be considered for this challenging yet rewarding role, applicants must possess:
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Active RN license in the state of Texas or compact license with the ability to obtain a Texas license
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Ability to obtain Specialty Certification within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring), or RNC-OB (Registered Nurse Certified - Obstetrics) certifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in postpartum care and couplet care models
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and accreditation standards
