We are seeking an experienced Preschool Substitute Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires a qualified professional who can provide exceptional care and education to preschool-age children when our regular staff members are away.

**Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement creative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of preschool children.
  • Employ a range of teaching techniques, including storytelling, educational play, and media, to promote learning and engagement.
  • Observe and support each child's social development, building their self-esteem and confidence through positive reinforcement.
  • Facilitate peer interaction and conflict resolution, encouraging children to develop essential life skills.
  • Plan and execute activities that promote artistic and practical skills, such as crafts, number recognition, and color identification.
  • Organize and supervise nap and snack times, ensuring the children's physical and emotional well-being at all times.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, understanding their child's background and personality.
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or equivalent.
  • Excellent understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods.
  • Familiarity with child development curriculum and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to act as a mediator between children, promoting a harmonious and respectful environment.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality control in your teaching practice.
  • Reliable, responsible, and flexible.

**Benefits**

  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
