About the Job

We are seeking a licensed nursing assistant (LNA) to join our team at a facility in Milford, NH. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to making a positive impact on patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Provide nursing functions as directed by supervisor, including vital sign monitoring and charting
  • Prepare patients for meals and snacks, and assist with feeding as needed
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and treat patients with kindness, dignity, and respect
  • Participate in training and education of staff as requested

Requirements:

  • Current LNA license or license eligible in the state of employment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
