Overview

As a Clinical Educator at CommonSpirit Health at Home, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in clinical care and empowering our dedicated staff with the knowledge and skills they need to make a real difference. Your commitment to developing and maintaining comprehensive training materials will equip our staff with the tools they need to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical training programs for our clinical staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver the highest standard of care.
• Collaborate with corporate talent development staff, regional training and education managers, and operations management to develop and implement clinical training and in-services.
• Identify specific training needs based on clinical measurements, ensuring every member of our team reaches their full potential.
• Participate in recruitment plans and develop continuing education programs to drive our staff's professional growth to new heights.
• Mentor and guide our clinical staff, developing, training, and overseeing peer mentors, preceptors, and work coaches.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the state of service.
• Three years of Medicare home care experience, with excellent knowledge of home care regulations.
• May need to travel to assigned locations as needed, with mileage reimbursement provided.
• Certified in ICD-9 coding and OASIS, or willingness to obtain both certifications within the first two years of employment.
