">This Per Diem Primary Care Provider role offers the chance to work with senior patients and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and patient-centered care.
">You will have the opportunity to conduct in-office and tele-health visits, collaborate with colleagues, and utilize your clinical expertise to deliver exceptional patient care.
">Key Responsibilities
">- See Senior Health patients with a range of needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive care.
- Utilize your clinical training and expertise to perform in-office procedures.
Requirements
">- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits
">We offer competitive hourly rates starting at $75/hr, with additional pay for those candidates that exceed specified qualifications and requirements. Total compensation package may also include benefits. Visit our website for more information.
