Maintenance Team Lead

Motive Companies is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team in our 24/7 manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and reliability, with experience in supervising a team and improving equipment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the maintenance team in performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and reliability manager to establish and implement a preventative maintenance program.
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and performance.
- Monitor parts requests and ensure adequate inventory and cost efficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical technology, mechatronics, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, mechanical, and robotics systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Motive Companies offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
