Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests at Golden Corral. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service and promoting a welcoming environment.
  • Practice positive public relations by ensuring our restaurant is inclusive and welcoming to all guests.
  • Aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable.
  • Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
  • Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.

Operational Excellence:

  • Thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
  • Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager.
  • Familiar with the correct table bussing procedures.
  • Follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests.

Cleanliness:

  • Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Follow local health department laws.
