Estimated Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and excellent leadership skills.

  • Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential
  • Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements
  • Provide leadership to the project team
  • Foster and enhance architect, subcontractor, and vendor relations
  • Establish, update, and communicate the Project Schedule and manage its implementation
  • May work with the preconstruction team in development of project
  • Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget
  • Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program
  • Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee, and pricing decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Project management software proficiency
  • Effective communication skills to interface with both clients and field staff
