Job Description

The Dietary Assistant will be responsible for assisting the cook in preparing and delivering meals to patients, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying meal counts and monitoring special diet needs
  • Baking and preparing meals for patients
  • Delivering meals to nurse's stations and ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail

Other Information
