About the Role: As a Pediatric Dentist at Ideal Dental Group, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to children in a state-of-the-art environment. Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Provide dental care for the pediatric population, including routine check-ups, fillings, and extractions
  • Pursue ongoing clinical and practice management education to stay up-to-date with best practices
  • Assume quality control for patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited university (required)
  • Completion of a Pediatric Residency Program from an accredited US program (required)
  • Active or pending State Dental Board License (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
