Supplemental Health Care is a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions, and we are currently seeking an experienced Travel Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $2,420 - $2,618 per week*, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. This tax-free stipend amount will be determined by Supplemental Health Care.

About the Role

This travel ultrasound technologist position is available in Portland, Maine, and offers a unique opportunity to work in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining imaging equipment, assisting and positioning patients, working standing for extended periods of time, and ensuring safety precautions when working with radiation.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an X-ray technician program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or another accrediting agency approved by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior relevant experience
