RN Clinical Fulltime Days Float Pool

This role provides direct clinical patient care, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role assumes responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical care, as well as supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management.
