Project Scheduler

TXNM Energy is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing project schedules. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work closely with technical experts, project leads, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential delays
Develop and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules
Analyze project data and provide insights to improve project outcomes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5-7 years of experience in project scheduling or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
