Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Greenworks Tools. This role is responsible for developing and implementing advanced email marketing campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with broader sales and marketing objectives. You will be responsible for creating personalized and targeted campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to nurture existing customer relationships and drive repeat business.

You will also be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to refine and optimize email performance, aiming to improve engagement and conversion rates, leading to increased purchase frequency and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced email marketing strategies emphasizing personalized customer retention and engagement using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Create personalized and targeted campaigns using Journey Builder to nurture existing customer relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to enhance retention campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to continuously refine and optimize email performance aiming to improve engagement and conversion rates, leading to increased purchase frequency and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with our eCommerce team to align with sales acquisition and promotional strategies and ensuring knowledge sharing and process efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing Production.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/SQL/SOQL.
  • Experience programming in AMPScript/SSJS (Or equivalent marketing software language experience).
  • Microsoft Excel, Adobe Suite, Figma.
  • Marketing Cloud Email Certification is ideal, but not required; candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
