As a key member of our procurement team at IntelliPro Group Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives that align with the company's objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will challenge and reward a talented professional who is passionate about procurement excellence and eager to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive procurement strategies, building strong relationships with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing procurement plans to meet business needs, including production and laboratory materials, fixed assets, administrative supplies, and catering services
  • Executing, recording, and maintaining accurate documentation for all procurement processes, including sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, contract formulation, ordering, payment, and delivery tracking
  • Managing supplier relationships, evaluating performance, and making recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborating with finance, legal, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and information collection
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in procurement processes

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as purchasing, supply chain management, or business administration
  • At least 3+ years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in biopharmaceutical or manufacturing environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and electronic procurement systems
