About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Target. As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly team members, ensuring a fresh, full, and food-safe shopping experience for our guests, and driving sales growth through effective inventory management and merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hourly team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management and merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and reduce waste
  • Ensure a fresh, full, and food-safe shopping experience for our guests by maintaining high standards of food safety and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant trends and products to provide expert advice to guests and team members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail and/or food experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales goals and providing exceptional guest service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results
