Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and PTO cash out.

Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a critical member of our staff, you'll work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver empathetic and compassionate care.

  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
  • Work collaboratively with a positive and supportive team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients with complex needs, leveraging your expertise and nursing skills.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) degree.
  • Experience in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is a plus.
  • Certification as a Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is highly desirable.
