Sales Territory Manager

Job Overview:
As a Sales Territory Manager at US Foods, you will play a critical role in fostering customer relationships, managing deliveries, and driving new business opportunities. This position requires a results-driven mentality and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage delivery schedules and troubleshoot any order process issues to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Communicate with clients to collect accounts receivable and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about market conditions, competitors' products, and industry trends to make informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and cold call for new business.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Occasional lifting and driving, frequent standing and walking.
