Patient Experience Coordinator

Penn Medicine is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, conducting innovative research, and educating future leaders in the field of medicine. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and respond to patient feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate data related to patient experience, including patient complaints and satisfaction.
  • Make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis and collaborate with clinical and non-clinical leadership to implement changes.
  • Partner with employees to drive improvement initiatives and promote a positive patient experience.
  • Advocate for patients and their families to resolve concerns and unmet needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare, Organizational Development, Business, or Hospitality.
  • 1+ years of relevant direct patient care, healthcare, or consumer relations experience.
