Job Summary:
HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Circulator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Assess and reassess patients to identify their needs and provide appropriate care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement plans of care that meet the physiological, spiritual, emotional, mental, social, and developmental needs of patients.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding pain management and other aspects of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:
  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:
  • Exposure to diseases and foul odors.
  • Exposure to hazardous chemicals.
  • Exposure to sharp objects.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must possess sufficient dexterity to initiate IVs, prepare medications, and give injections.
  • Must be able to operate and handle medical equipment and technologically complex devices.

Language Ability:
  • Must have reading skills in the English language to comprehend all materials regarding all aspects of patient care.
  • Must be able to write in English neatly and legibly with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must be able to speak clearly and be able to verbally communicate in English all aspects of patient care.

Reasoning Ability:
  • Must be able to assimilate complex data concerning patient diagnoses and in all unit procedures.
  • Must be able to utilize inductive and deductive reasoning in the care of the patient.

Education:
As required by the State Board of Nursing.

Regulatory Requirements:
  • Current Basic Life Support.
  • ACLS required. PALS required.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSN.
  • Experience, school attendance record, and performance record may be considered.
