**About Us**

Kids At Play Therapy is a dynamic community-based pediatric therapy clinic located in the South Puget Sound Region of Washington State. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality services to children and their families.

**Your Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our vibrant team. As a key member, you will provide speech and language therapy services to children aged 0-18 years with a range of diagnoses.

**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients
  • Providing individual and group therapy sessions, including co-treatment with other disciplines
  • Collaborating with parents and caregivers to develop home programs and educate them on communication strategies
  • Participating in IEP and IFSP meetings as needed

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university and hold current certification from the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association (ASHA) or be eligible for licensure in the state of Washington. You must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, continuing education opportunities, and retirement benefits.
