Tow Truck Fleet Coordinator

Beastmode II Automotive is seeking a professional Tow Truck Operator to join our team.

We are looking for an individual who can work independently, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely assistance to customers in need of vehicle towing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating tow trucks, navigating through heavy traffic, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently
• Provide top-notch customer service to clients
• Maintain accurate records of towing activities
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations

About the Role:

This full-time position requires a 10-12 hour shift as a Tow Truck Operator, servicing customers who need assistance getting their vehicles from point A to point B while providing professional customer service. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
