About the Role

Empowered Partnerships LLC seeks a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Portland, OR. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package and a dynamic work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is $130K - $180K per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • $10,000 relocation assistance program
  • 403(b) retirement savings plan with 6.25% employer matching
  • 4 weeks paid time off (PTO) per year
  • 12 more days off, including 11 paid holidays and 2 personal holidays
  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance

Job Description

This position involves providing primary care services, including conducting health histories, performing physical exams, and prescribing medication as necessary. The successful candidate will also participate in compliance, quality assurance, and quality improvement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working as a Nurse Practitioner
  • An active, unrestricted licensure to practice medicine in their home state
  • Demonstrated skills in primary care medicine
