Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a local traveler. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in various locations within a 150-mile radius from your home address, providing flexible nursing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and no contract requirement.

About the Role:

This position involves providing quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes and resident satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate resident care, including medical treatment, therapy, and social services
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting
  • Valid LPN licensure in the state of employment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel locally to multiple locations within a 150-mile radius
