We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert Cook to join our team at Naked Farmer Careers in Coral Gables, FL.

Estimated Salary: $21-$22 per hour (training pay $20/hr.)

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our culinary team, working alongside our chefs to cook and serve delicious food. Key responsibilities include mastering various cooking stations and ensuring that every dish is prepared to our high standards. The ideal candidate will become proficient in our recipes and processes, serving as a reliable resource for both our team and our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, mix, and cook a variety of foods using our recipes as a guide and your taste buds as validation.
  • Learn and work across different kitchen stations, enhancing your skills each day.
  • Support the team during all service times, helping out as needed.
  • Handle multiple tasks in the kitchen, standing and moving for extended periods.
  • Uphold Naked Farmer's food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Meticulously handle, prepare, and produce food while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, dedication, and precision to deliver consistently high-quality food in our fast-paced culinary environment.
