About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Representative to join our successful team at Brad Sutter - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, providing them with valuable insurance solutions, and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Consultation: Understand the insurance needs of potential customers through active listening and conducting thorough assessments. Recommend appropriate insurance policies to protect their assets and loved ones.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
  • Prospecting and Networking: Identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement. Expand our customer base and contribute to the growth of the agency.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews with existing clients to assess their coverage and make adjustments based on life changes and evolving needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dedicated team to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve collective goals.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome applicants who possess strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
