Salary and Benefits

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide exceptional care to students with communication disorders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Developing tailored treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Delivering speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Participating in meetings and providing regular progress reports

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A valid Texas State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent are mandatory
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a variable caseload. The selected candidate will be expected to work onsite during the 2023-2024 school year.
