Office Administrator

The Concierge will assist guests, patrons, tenants, or employees with personal services such as making tour reservations, offering suggestions for events, and arranging transportation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently exceptional and elevated customer service to all customers
- Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all resident requests and concerns including in-person, phone, and/or via email
- Utilize property management software (e.g. Appfolio) to assist residents and upper management with daily tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized and presentable working area/desk
- Supervise and coordinate building access to vendors for scheduled work
- Supervise and assist recurring vendors (e.g. security, porters, landscapers, pool service, etc.) to maintain accountability for their assigned duties and ensure high performance levels from all parties
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, technology and trends
- Stay up-to-date with Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Develop, update and maintain operating systems and checklists to help ensure all facilities are always clean and secure
- Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of packages
- Coordinate reservations for common areas and elevators
- Monitor Emergency Response Systems
- Respond to all emergency situations in a timely manner

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent administrative skills.
Education and Experience:
At least one year of hotel, resort, or apartment guest services experience (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Compensation:
The estimated hourly cash salary for this role is $18 - $22 per hour depending on experience.
