We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Retail Sales Professional to join our team. As a sales consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $62,460 per year, based on meeting sales targets and earning commissions. In addition to your base hourly wage of $15.53-$17.31, you can earn up to $13,700 in commissions annually.

Job Description

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with customers, guiding them through their options, and providing personalized sales expertise. You will work on the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach, and be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who are passionate about helping people and have prior retail or customer-facing sales experience. If you don't have sales experience, we'll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching needed to succeed.
