Job Summary:

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for improving technical marketing and evaluation/qualification of products at new and existing customers. Your expertise in semiconductor-related products such as high-performance seals, bellows and high-performance resin products will be essential in conducting sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to RFQs involving engineers and consignment-related customer support
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each sales project
  • Develop comprehensive sales project plans to be shared with customers and other company staff
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and informed of any changes in company policies
  • Identify decision-makers within an organization and engage with them
  • Manage budgets and hit or exceed monthly targets established by the Sales Manager
  • Research accounts, target key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand databases of prospects within assigned territories
  • Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports, documents, and data required by Management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese
