Job Title: Nurse Team Lead for Primary Care and Triage Services

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to lead our team of nurses in providing high-quality primary care services to patients. As a Nurse Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of patient care, supervising and directing the activities of team nurses, and ensuring that all patients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient care across various healthcare settings, including hospital and outpatient facilities.
• Supervise and direct the activities of team nurses, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Develop and implement plans to improve quality metrics and patient outcomes.

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required; current license to practice in the State of Indiana preferred.
• Four years of progressive professional experience as a nurse required; one-year previous leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off, is also offered.
