Compensation

Competitive salary: $20 per hour* (includes shift differentials and bonuses)

Financial incentives:

  • $150 during initial 90 days
  • $100+ on annual work anniversary
  • $100 on birthday (full-time employees only)
About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, adhering to our policies and procedures. You will be equipped with the necessary training, support, tools, and equipment to deliver high-quality care.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support
  • Promptly responding to resident call lights
  • Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments
  • Documenting and charting care for each resident
